We are looking for a teller to join our team and provide high-level customer service through accurate and efficient handling of cash transactions. As a teller, you will be responsible for daily communication with clients, receiving and disbursing cash, and processing various financial documents. This position requires a high level of accuracy, responsibility, and courtesy, as you are the first point of contact for clients with our organization.
Your duties will include receiving payments, disbursing cash, verifying client identity, maintaining transaction records, and resolving basic client inquiries and issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining an accurate cash drawer, reconciling daily reports, and adhering to all internal procedures and legal regulations.
The ideal candidate has experience handling cash, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Computer literacy and knowledge of basic financial concepts are required. Previous experience in banking, postal services, exchange offices, or similar institutions is preferred.
