We are looking for a Venue Operations Manager to oversee the overall management and smooth operation of our event space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to event organization, staff management, customer service, and ensuring an excellent experience for guests and event organizers. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in event management or similar hospitality environments. Key responsibilities include planning and executing events, managing bookings, supervising cleanliness and safety of the venue, and collaborating with suppliers and external partners. The Operations Manager must ensure that all events are conducted according to the venue’s quality and safety standards, and will be responsible for training and guiding their team. Additionally, the role involves budget management, monitoring revenues and expenses, and promoting the venue in collaboration with the marketing department. Flexibility in working hours is required, as events often take place outside of standard business hours.
