Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Training Director, L&D Manager or similar role
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Degree in Business, Psychology or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. CIPD, CPLP) is a plus
