We are looking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our restaurant team. The Host/Hostess will greet guests upon arrival, take their reservations or put them on a waiting list, give them menus and show them to their seat. The Host/Hostess will handle phone calls for to-go orders and reservations. They will also handle queries about the menu, restaurant, and services. The Host/Hostess will ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience and will work with servers to ensure that food and beverage orders are accurate. The Host/Hostess will also ensure that the restaurant is clean, particularly the reception area as guests enter and leave. In addition, the Host/Hostess will need to manage any guest complaints.
