We are looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Coordinator to manage and maintain our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the system is up-to-date and accurate, providing training to other HR staff, and generating reports for senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and data, as well as IT skills. They should be able to troubleshoot technical issues, manage system upgrades, and work with vendors to ensure the system meets our needs. The HRIS Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring the system is compliant with data protection laws.
