We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) projects. This includes planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The HRIS Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. You will work closely with our HR and IT departments to ensure that our HRIS is effectively supporting our HR operations and strategies. You will also be responsible for analyzing our current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of HRIS, excellent project management skills, and a passion for using technology to solve business problems.

  • Define and implement project plans for HRIS implementation and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with HR and IT departments to ensure HRIS meets organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
