We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to be responsible for all payroll-related tasks.   • Proven experience as a payroll analyst or similar role
  • Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
  • Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
  • Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving
  • High school diploma or equivalent; BSc/BA in business, accounting or relevant field is a plus
  • Certification in payroll (e.g. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)) is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
