We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers. You will also be in charge of initial contact with clients, and maintaining client relationships. This role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities, including scheduling travel, organizing events, and maintaining business files. You will also be expected to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
