We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to project managers and teams, ensuring that all project activities are carried out according to plan. This includes coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information, liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives, and ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves. The Project Support Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise, acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants. The ideal candidate will have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis, with excellent time management and communication skills. They should also be able to work under pressure, multitask and have excellent problem-solving skills.

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Help prepare budgets
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- BSc in Business Administration or related field
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
