We are looking for a skilled and experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager to join our team. The SEM Manager will be responsible for managing all pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities. This includes strategizing, planning, developing, implementing, managing, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing our paid search campaigns across various search engines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid search methodologies and techniques for managing search campaigns across Bing, Google, and other search platforms. They will also have a deep understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. The SEM Manager will work closely with the marketing team to meet the company's business objectives and ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI).

  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Manage the creation of large keyword lists.
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
  • Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
  • Stay current with SEM trends, best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and industry research.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
