We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager to join our Marketing team! As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our SEO strategy. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business' growth and success. The SEO Manager is responsible for coordinating and implementing SEO & SMO strategies for clients. The correct person will be goal oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal skills. This is a role that is interacting with clients as well as working closely with the company team to make sure that the goals of the client are achieved.

  • Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy
  • Collaborate on SEO strategy and day-to-day interactions with multiple clients
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals
  • Develop and implement link building campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
  • Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
  • Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)

Requirements

  • Proven SEO experience
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
  • Experience with SEO reporting
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
