We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shelf Stocker to join our retail operations team. As a Shelf Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing to customers. Your primary responsibility will be to replenish merchandise on the sales floor, monitor inventory levels, and assist in maintaining a clean and orderly store environment.
In this role, you will work closely with the inventory and sales teams to ensure that products are available and accessible to customers at all times. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries, checking for damaged or missing items, and placing products in their designated locations. You will also be expected to rotate stock according to expiration dates and company guidelines to ensure product freshness and reduce waste.
The ideal candidate for this position is physically fit, able to lift and move heavy items, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.
This position may require early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday shifts, depending on store needs. Prior experience in retail or warehouse environments is a plus but not required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
