We are looking for a professional, courteous Front Desk Clerk to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests services. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
