We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to be responsible for handling all front desk operations. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their accommodation. The Front Desk Agent will coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests services. As a Front Desk Agent, you will welcome our guests to the hotel, make room reservations, offer advice and information, take payment, and generally ensure our guests have a great experience during their stay with us.
