We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and over achieving Head of Sales with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives focused on a specific market segment and meeting sales targets. You will manage the sales team, design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals, ensure the team’s sales quotas are met and manage the department’s budget. You will also be tasked with building long-term relationships with new and existing customers, developing entry level staff into valuable salespeople, and ensuring the team is on track for achieving revenue goals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
