We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. The Account Manager will be tasked with maintaining long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Account Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. This role will require strategic planning to improve client results, and the ability to identify and grow opportunities within strategic industries. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple accounts concurrently with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
  • Motivation for sales and ability to drive customer satisfaction
