We are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations. The HR Coordinator will also be responsible for managing employee records, keeping and updating files, and preparing reports as needed. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.   • Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
  • Manage employee records, keep and update files, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
  • Collaborate with the HR staff to facilitate the overall functioning of the department.
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular).
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
  • Certification in Human Resource Management (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM) is a plus.
