We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join our team and support procurement processes through effective documentation management, supplier communication, and coordination of internal requests. The ideal candidate has administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
The Procurement Administrator is responsible for daily administrative support to the procurement department, including maintaining order records, tracking deliveries, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies. They will also collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure timely and accurate procurement of necessary materials and services.
Key responsibilities include preparing and processing purchase orders, tracking delivery status, communicating with suppliers to confirm orders and resolve any issues, and maintaining clean and updated documentation. The Procurement Administrator will also assist in preparing reports, analyzing costs, and supporting the supplier selection process.
A successful candidate must have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel), the ability to work with ERP systems, and an understanding of basic procurement principles. Previous experience in similar administrative or logistics roles is preferred.
