We are looking for a QA Assistant Document Control to join our team and support our quality assurance and document management operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and controlling all quality-related documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. You will work closely with the Quality Assurance team, production staff, and other departments to ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Your primary duties will include managing document workflows, reviewing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory and company requirements. You will assist in the preparation and coordination of audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and supporting evidence. Additionally, you will help train staff on document control procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality management systems.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of document control principles within a quality assurance environment. You should be comfortable working with document management systems and have excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams. Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or healthcare is highly desirable.
