We are looking for a meticulous Title Examiner to conduct thorough analyses of property titles to ensure their legitimacy. Your duties will include examining deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, and plats/maps to determine ownership, encumbrances, and to verify legal descriptions of property. You will also be responsible for preparing initial title commitment documentation, conducting title searches, and maintaining records of insurance liabilities.   • Examine deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, and plats/maps to determine ownership, encumbrances, and to verify legal descriptions of property.
