We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing client accounts to initiate and maintain a favorable relationship with clients. You will be the key point of contact for all client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed. You will also be responsible for bringing in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.

  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Proven ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
