We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring products through the complete production cycle. They will provide timely and accurate input on supplier performance and may be asked to participate in higher level supplier performance reviews. They will also provide input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers. The Manufacturing Scheduler will work to ensure the on-time delivery of products by coordinating and managing the production schedule. They will also be responsible for tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring that materials are properly allocated. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, be an excellent communicator, and have a proven track record in problem-solving and negotiation.

  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules, production plans and material requirements lists.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to review product design changes.
  • Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and production personnel to ensure materials are available for production.
  • Analyze and adjust production schedules to meet customer requirements.
  • Identify and report any potential production delays or issues to management.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff.
  • Manage production order variance and material usage variance.
  • Communicate production updates to relevant teams and individuals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Manufacturing Scheduler.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
