We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing reservations for our organization, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of service.
As a Reservations Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for customers making inquiries or bookings. You will handle phone calls, emails, and online reservation systems to secure bookings, confirm details, and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also maintain accurate records of all reservations and ensure that all customer information is up to date and handled with confidentiality.
In addition to managing reservations, you will collaborate with other departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and sales to ensure seamless service delivery. You will need to stay informed about current promotions, policies, and availability to provide accurate information to customers and support the sales team in maximizing occupancy and revenue.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
