We are looking for a Visitor Services Associate to join our team. This includes greeting visitors, providing information about exhibits and events, handling ticket sales, and resolving any visitor issues or concerns. The Visitor Services Associate will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the museum, as well as assisting with special events as needed. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a passion for art and culture. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
