We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Church Executive Assistant. This role involves a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the church leadership to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, and a friendly demeanor. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files, and providing support to our church members and visitors. You will also be responsible for coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the church schedule. This role requires a high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism. The Church Executive Assistant will also be expected to uphold the values and mission of the church at all times.
