We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Phone Host. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Office and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Phone Host should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
